Our Praise Team
A native of Florida, Jon answered the call to vocational ministry and graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary Orlando with an M.Div. in 2013 and has been serving in church ministry since 2006.
In April of 2017, Jon accepted the call to be the next lead pastor at Westtown EPC and was ordained as a Teaching Elder in the EPC on May 21, 2017.
Jon met his wife, Kayla, at a church where he ministered in Hampstead, NC. They married in 2015 and have two sons, Bradley and Romie. Kayla received her MHA from MUSC in 2016 and works as a healthcare administrator. Jon enjoys reading, cooking, and coffee. Kayla enjoys hosting meals, DIY projects, and nail fashion. Bradley enjoys music, laughter, and being outside. Romie is ready to start doing everything with his big brother.
”Enter his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.”
Here at the WEPC, we believe that Praise & Worship is an important aspect of our Christian lives . . . that through our praise & worship we are drawn nearer to God. Each week we begin our service with a time of contemporary praise music as an offering of our love and adoration to God our King. It is the desire of our praise team to teach songs that will minister to your spirit and encourage your walk in the week ahead.
